How You Will Contribute to the Team

You will:

  • Act as a key contact for pension, payroll, benefits and mobility providers, ensuring queries are resolved and services are delivered effectively.
  • Maintain employee records and people data across HR and payroll systems, ensuring information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Produce headcount, reward and people-related reporting while supporting global mobility processes and employee moves across the wider Airbus organisation.

Requirements for the Role

You will have:

  • Experience supporting reward, benefits, pensions, payroll, global mobility or HR administration activities.
  • Experience maintaining employee data and records within HR, payroll or business information systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting, employee or financial data.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external providers to coordinate people-related processes and resolve queries.

  • 33 days annual leave (rising with service)
  • Annual bonus linked to company performance
  • Life assurance (4x basic salary)
  • Virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Flexible benefits package
  • Professional development and career development opportunities
  • Free on-site parking
