Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and cheerful individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time, entry-level position based at our office in Dubai Airport Free Zone. The role offers a permanent contract and requires daily on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Busy Reception:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members

  • Answer incoming calls, transfer them as necessary, and help schedule meetings

  • Receive couriers and distribute deliveries to relevant employees promptly

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels

  • Order and maintain office supplies and monitor stock levels

  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, document handling, and simple information research


Provide Administrative Assistance:

  • Assist the Procurement team by raising RFPs (Requests for Purchase)

  • Handle online applications for DAFZA gate passes and permits

  • Assist the Administration Officer in organizing company events and activities

  • Provide backup support to the Administrative Officer and other secretarial staff during absences or leave



Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Secretary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Strong organizational, numerical and logical skills
  • A university degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
