Opening Application for PROTEGE Program within Airbus in Malaysia.
This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government.
Kindly note this application is for Working Party Resources Department based in Airbus Customer Services Malaysia (Sepang).
- 1. Provide day-to-day administrative support.
2. Obtaining and compiling data to translate into meaningful KPIs (Eg: Booking hours, expenses,
calibration, OTD, etc)
3. Maintain warehouse operational dashboard and assist warehouse personnel in terms of
paperwork and documentation.
4. Support Resource Planning Coordinator in updating the Working Party’s working hours,
managing their data and filing (eg: competency grid and PEB).
5. Assist in developing standard operating procedures/guidelines/process flow for embodiment
activities for the team reference.
6. Support Manager and Resource Planning Coordinator on ad hoc tasks.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree and/or Fresh Graduate
- Bachelor's Degree Holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not par with the market rate.
- Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application)
