As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector , your primary objective revolves around leading R&D project deliveries of mission-critical communications for international customers. You will lead the delivery of our virtualised communication core, providing a secure and reliable platform that connects today’s radio networks with the high-speed broadband and hybrid LTE solutions of the future.
Your specific tasks include:
- R&D Development Management: Driving the full lifecycle of R&D projects from initial setup to execution and closure - ensuring alignment with performance and business requirements
- Project Lifecycle Management: Driving the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex technological projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget while meeting high security and reliability standards
- Stakeholder & Team Orchestration: Collaborating closely with cross-functional, multicultural teams to align product roadmap objectives with technical designs that directly address customer requirements
- Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain delivery excellence, while identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes

Let’s talk about you - who is set to thrive in this position?
In this role, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who excels at driving R&D development within high-pressure, mission-critical environments with tight delivery deadlines, while embracing excellence in cooperation.
Experience: You have 10+ years of experience in Project Leadership. You have a proven track record of driving the execution phase of complex R&D projects, combined with a commitment to accurate and professional project planning and solid financial oversight.
Tools & AI: You possess professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and the ability to leverage Generative AI for analyzing datasets to optimise project insights.
Mindset: This role demands adaptability to a multicultural setting and the ability to make independent, informed decisions.
Agile Mindset in R&D: While we maintain clear milestones, our team utilises an agile approach to R&D. You will drive iterative development cycles.
Leadership: You have the required skill and vision to guide the development team on the parth towards becoming a high-performing team.
