Office applications: Support operational procurement activities like creating inquiries, orders, and tracking deliveries.
Supplier communication: Assist in obtaining offers, comparing bids, preparing negotiations, and clarifying day-to-day queries.
Analytical skills: Help review and ensure compliance with existing contracts regarding prices and delivery conditions.
Project management: Support optimization projects focused on cost, quality, and supply performance.
Potential transition routes: Students from supply chain, industrial engineering, or economics backgrounds may bring relevant administrative and analytical skills, alongside meeting mandatory German and English language requirements.

Mithilfe bei der Einholung und dem Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Vorbereitung von Verhandlungsgrundlagen
Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung und Einhaltung bestehender Verträge (z. B. Preise, Lieferbedingungen)
Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft mit Lieferanten, inkl. Kommunikation und Klärung von Rückfragen
Nachverfolgung von fehlenden bzw. überfälligen Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferungen
Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferperformance
Deine Qualifikation
immatrikulierter BWL-Student oder Student eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Office-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
Engagement und eigenständiges Arbeiten in einem kommunikativen Team sind selbstverständlich
