Skills & Responsibilities
RFIC Design: Research circuit topologies and design/layout an RMS detector in a RadHard SiGe BiCMOS technology.
Analysis and Simulation: Analyze and stabilize the designed detector against process and environmental influences using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Keysight ADS.
Potential transition routes: Students from Electrical Engineering or Physics backgrounds may bring relevant circuit design skills, alongside meeting the academic enrolment requirements.

Recherche zu Schaltungstopologien und Realisierungen RF RMS Leistungsdetektoren
Entwurf und Layout eines RMS-Detektors in einer RadHard SiGe BiCMOS Technologie
Analyse und Stabilisierung des entworfenen Detektors bezüglich Prozess und Umwelteinflüssen
Deine Qualifikation
Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Interesse an Satellitentechnik und Hochfrequenzsystemen.
Gute Kenntnisse im Analog und RFIC Schaltungsdesign
