Job Description:
Context & Role:
You will join the DPPP organization (Product Data Management) as a PDM Release Manager, driving the release management for our core strategic transformation as we migrate our extensive legacy ecosystem towards AP³, our new unified, cloud-native Open PLM platform.
DPPP delivers and maintains the suite of Product Data Management applications that enable the creation, management, and release of Aircraft definition dossiers. As part of our digital evolution, DPPP has engaged in a major transformation building the future unified AP³ platform, which will serve as the core solution to both migrate our historical legacy tools and deliver new capabilities for the Next Generation Single Aisle (NGSA) program.
In this context, an opportunity for a PDM Release Manager has opened in Filton (UK).
Your main accountability will consist in driving the end-to-end release management strategy, maintaining a steady operational pace ( drumbeat ), fostering strong and transparent communication with business stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts, and managing complex PLM interface dependencies to ensure seamless deployments and business value delivery.
Working closely with specific Project Leaders for each initiative, as well as Technical Release Management and Agile Release Trains (RTE) based in India, you will align release strategies with project milestones. You will operate in a transnational environment with teams composed of internal and external contributors across Europe (France, UK, Spain) and India.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
