The Junior Communications Officer is a creative and versatile role focused on high-impact storytelling and multimedia content production. You will be responsible for identifying compelling narratives within the organization and translating them into engaging content for social media, PR, and internal channels. Key Responsibilities

Storytelling & Content Production

  • Technical Literacy: * Proficiency in mobile video editing and Premiere Pro.
    • Experience with social media management tools,
    • Graphic design skills
  • Writing Excellence: Exceptional command of grammar and tone. You can shift from "corporate professional" to "social media casual" instantly.
  • Digital Native Status: An active interest in emerging digital trends, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Administrative Rigor: Strong organizational skills. You aren't just a "creative"-you are someone who finds peace in a clean spreadsheet and a met deadline.
  • Language: Native-level Chinese, and fluency in English is required.

The "X" Factor

  • Curiosity: You aren't afraid to ask "Why does this matter?"
  • Resilience: You can handle fast-turnaround feedback and pivot creative direction quickly.
  • Proactivity: You don't wait for a brief; you come to the weekly meeting with three ideas already drafted.
