Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the
Global HR team of NAVBLUE, a 100% Airbus company. The Human Resources
Advisor will provide support to the HR team (4 HRBPs, 1 Comp&Ben Manager, 1 Talent
Management Manager, 3 HR Advisors) located in 4 countries (Canada, UK, France,
Poland), contributing to a wide range of activities, in a dynamic environment, always
looking at being at the forefront of HR practices.

This role will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow as an HR professional. You will
be part of a transnational team who is keen to support your development on the role.

Main Tasks:
• Specific support to NAVBLUE Poland site activities:
• Payroll: Preparing the payroll documents and data according to timelines;
liaising with our external payroll provider, support in onboarding and office
engagement activities.
• HR Admin tasks: Managing and keeping the employee files up to date;
Benefits administration support, supervision over the timeliness of medical
examinations, health and safety training, Social Fund, Time and
Attendance tracking

• Master HR processes and provide support to the HR team worldwide:
• Help the team with deployment of HR campaigns: bonus/salary reviews,
team review, etc.
• Ensure cross countries data consistency and provide analysis of figures
relative to different matters (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary
review, etc.)

• Support Talent Management activities worldwide:
• Talent attraction: sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, internships, early
career programs, employment marketing and branding (social media
posts, “top employer” rankings, events, etc)
• Talent retention: employee experience, employment trends analysis
• Talent development: global training program, talent program
• Support other ad-hoc HR projects globally.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience in HR of approx. 2 year (previous practical exposure and
experience with payroll/HR administration experience is a strong asset)
• Knowledge of labor code and social security regulations in Poland
• Experience working / studying / living abroad is highly appreciated
• Experience in relevant HR systems (Workday is a plus) as well as Excel
• Autonomy & adaptability
• Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and
networking abilities
• Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy
• Polish and English fluency
• Fun loving attitude!
