The HR intern provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process employee data and changes in automated systems.
- Handle mail, email, and phone communications, prioritizing and determining responses in consultation with relevant parties.
- Generate correspondence and documents including typing, layout, and editing of provided texts.
- Address standard inquiries from managers and employees in the field of HR.
- Manage and archive personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with administrative rules and procedures.
- Help to organize internal departmental matters such as office relocations, social activities, and timely ordering of office supplies.
- Contribute to the organization of employee retirement, anniversary celebrations and employee events.
- Collaborate in HR projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Following MBO-4 level or higher in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
