Airbus is looking for a Head of Tax for Airbus Helicopters (f/m), based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
You will be part of a team acting as a crucial business partner to the Group, ensuring compliance and tax efficiency across 34 countries. As a member of the Helicopter Finance Management Board and the CoC Tax Management Board, you will be involved in defending the Division's interests in front of Tax Authorities worldwide and optimizing the global tax footprint.
Your main missions will be:
- Lead the division's global tax strategy, managing €150m in income tax and €1.5bn in VAT, while proactively mitigating risks and avoiding corporate liabilities.
- Negotiate and structure complex tax frameworks for multi-billion euro customer offers (e.g., establishing permanent establishments for transnational contracts), M&A deals, and internal corporate restructuring.
- Implement and supervise a highly efficient, compliant Transfer Pricing strategy, managing international financial flows of €3bn per year.
- Direct financial closing operations in liaison with Statutory Auditors, accurately managing the Effective Tax Rate and tracking strategic KPIs.
- Manage, empower, and develop a highly specialized internal team consisting of 9 direct reports (Tax Managers/Experts) and 4 indirect reports.
Your profile:
- Advanced university degree (Graduate + 6 years) with a specialization in Law or Tax.
- Extensive professional experience in international corporate tax strategy, complex cross-border contract structuring, and transfer pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic, long-term decisions (3-5+ years impact) and develop innovative solutions in highly complex, multifaceted environments.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing executive decision-makers (CEO/CFO/ExCom).
- Negotiation level in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
