We are looking for a Tax Specialist to come onboard in our Finance Directorate in Clément’s team: a team of 4 collaborators!

Your Mission

  • Prepare, review and/or coordinate tax returns (VAT, DAS2, CET, tax credits, Pillar 2, etc.)
  • Ensure the reliability of tax data extracted from information systems (in particular SAP) and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
  • Conduct research and analysis on French and international tax matters (permanent establishment, withholding taxes, VAT, etc.)
  • Support the monitoring and updating of transfer pricing documentation, as well as related compliance obligations
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group’s tax policy
  • Draft and secure tax aspects of contracts (sales, procurement, partnerships, etc.)
  • Support operational teams in identifying, assessing, and managing tax risks
  • Perform ongoing tax monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory developments
  • Act as a tax point of contact for Group subsidiaries and internal functions
  • Lead and coordinate work carried out with external advisors (law firms, consultants)

About you

  • Educational background: Degree with a major in tax law and/or accounting qualification with a focus on operational tax
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in tax (in a firm, corporate environment, or mixed setting)
  • Technical skills / knowledge: good knowledge of French tax rules and experience in international taxation; solid understanding of main tax compliance obligations (VAT, etc.); understanding of financial and/or operational flows; strong interest in IT tools and data management (SAP or equivalent)
  • Soft skills: autonomy and ability to take initiative, strong attention to detail, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
  • Good command of MS Office tools and SAP

Si vous recherchez l'excellence, si vous êtes animé par

  • Préparer, revoir et/ou coordonner les déclarations fiscales (TVA, DAS2, CET, crédits d’impôt, Pilier 2, etc.)
  • Fiabiliser les données fiscales issues des systèmes d’information (notamment SAP) et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus
  • Réaliser des analyses et recherches sur des problématiques fiscales françaises et internationales (établissement stable, retenues à la source, TVA, etc.)
  • Participer au suivi et à la mise à jour de la documentation prix de transfert, ainsi qu’aux obligations déclaratives associées
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la politique fiscale du Groupe
  • Rédiger et sécuriser les aspects fiscaux des contrats (ventes, achats, partenariats, etc.)
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’identification, l’évaluation et la gestion des risques fiscaux
  • Assurer une veille fiscale active et veiller à la conformité aux évolutions réglementaires
  • Intervenir en tant que point de contact fiscal pour les filiales du Groupe et les fonctions internes
  • Piloter et coordonner les travaux réalisés avec les conseils externes (cabinets d’avocats, consultants)

A propos de vous

  • Domaine d'études : Formation avec dominante fiscalité / expertise comptable + fiscalité opérationnelle
  • Expérience en fiscalité : 3 à 5 ans (cabinet, entreprise ou environnement mixte)
  • Compétences techniques / connaissances : bonnes connaissances en fiscalité française et expérience en fiscalité internationale; maîtrise des principales obligations déclaratives (TVA, etc.) ; connaissance des flux financiers et/ou opérationnels ; appétence pour les outils informatiques et la gestion des données (SAP ou équivalent)
  • Compétences non techniques : autonomie et esprit d’initiative, rigueur, esprit d’équipe, sens des responsabilités, proactivité
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus)
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, SAP
