CONTEXT OF THE POSITION...

Deliver operational excellence and provide subject matter expertise and advice for Inbound and Outbound assignees. Enhance the Global Mobility service lines while providing administrative support on a transnational mode.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Act as Global Mobility Partner and advise the business Managers and HR community on the correct application of policy and provide guidance on the selection of the appropriate policy type for employee moves, contractual architecture and costs estimate around the total cost of the mobility;

Provide Case Management for assignees throughout the duration of their assignment, ensure proper onboarding and departure for Expatriates.

Work in partnership with the Global Mobility Community in respect of assignment initiations, review and approval of assignment documentation and payroll related activities, as needed.

Work with all key stakeholders, including third party providers, to ensure Global Mobility service delivery and effective timely delivering to assignees customers;

Administrative support to the Reward team including but not limited to payment, contract management, data input, on-site support, etc.;

Manage complex social and income tax processes, engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve process compliance;

Ensure governance and compliance with Company policies, as well as social, tax, employment law and immigration requirements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Expat. status reports;

QUALIFICATION

Ideally have a previous experience in an (International) HR role:

  • Are able understand internal expatriate management terms & conditions and related processes
  • Are able to understand HR policies design and their impact (tax, social, local regulation, cost for the company )
  • Are able to understand links between policies, processes and systems (Tools)
  • Ideally have knowledge in Global Mobility
  • Has experience in project management ideally around HR solution environment
  • Has a proactive mindset with analytical skills and are able to anticipate impacts, address issues and offer solutions
  • Has capacity for coordination, adaptability, reliability, as well as the ability to successfully mediate between different interest groups
  • Ideally has negotiation skills with stakeholders on different levels, as well as interpersonal skills, building trust & Managing Relationships capability
  • Are able to work in multicultural teams and with customers from different nationalities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep both paper and digital employee information updates.
  • BSc or relevant degrees in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Language: Advanced level of English
