Responsibilities:

  • Staff Reimbursement
    • Review staff reimbursement documents to ensure they are in line with company policies.
  • Accounting filing
    • Support the Finance team to Perform accounting filing to ensure accounting documents are organized properly.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring
    • Support the Finance team with management reporting. Perform follow up actions according to the management report.
    • Support VAT invoice issue and follow up with customers to support AR collections.
  • Business Partnering
    • Support in terms of financial performance or business case.
  • Assisting with annual audit, government reporting and subsidy application ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics or relevant majors;
  • Self-driven results oriented with strong ability to multitask and organize priorities;
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
  • Internship period: Four days per week. Six months (preferred).
