Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Book manual expense entries for employees’ reimbursements and suppliers’ payments.
  • Check invoices and details received, contact procurement team or vendor to solve invoice issue.
  • Make Invoice Receipt entry booking, arrange AP payments according to payment term appointed in PO
  • Review advance items ,avoid double payments and follow settlement invoice
  • Push Goods Receipt after invoice received
  • Do bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and financial products, ensure high quality monthly closing.
  • Continuously process SAP AP module harmonization.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Good knowledge with Chinese accounting regulations
  • Bachelor degree
  • Accounting certification is mandatory.
  • Integrity

  • Have SAP experience
  • Good English
