Job Description:

Integrated Planning (TADIP) is a support function to the three backbones of Engineering: the Chief Engineers, the CoC’s and the Top Management involved in all workload and workforce processes of Engineering perimeter. TADIP supports all programmes of Air Power for workload planning, management and reporting as well as for scheduling activities. The open position has the opportunity to work with the overview over all the programmes the department covers as well as supporting decision making on performance. Furthermore, on the CoC’s and Top Management side the position is in contact with the workload and workforce balance process supporting the analysis. The double vision on workload and resources makes the position attractive for those who would like to delve into the company and overall programme performance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop and deploy Engineering tools in CI/CD philosophy.
  • Develop modular, reusable code for infrastructure, tools and microservices.
  • Integrate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines ensure automation deployments.
  • Workload data consistency.
  • Develop and deploy AI machine learning tools to support MyWorkload+ and Bidplus.
  • Support workload planning exercises (OP, FC, EAC ...) for Engineering perimeter.
  • Support workload and workforce process for Engineering perimeter.
  • Improve best practices developments performance and security.
  • Support to top management reports & tools generation.


Required skills:

  • Software Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Autonomous, pro-active and team spirit.
  • Analytical and good data-handling skills.
  • Expert Net Architect / Development with experience .net Core.
  • High technology knowledge in MVC/EF/LINQ with programming languages C#, Javascript/JQuery, HTML.
  • Wide experience in database optimization and administration (MySQL/MariaDB/Oracle/SQLserver).
  • Strong knowledge in microservices development and SOAP/REST comms.
  • Good knowledge on CI/CD (Git / Artifactory / Jenkins / SonarQ).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. (Certification would be a plus).
  • Strong Knowledge in administration of Linux and Windows servers
  • Knowledge in ML AI Tools.
  • Knowledge of ADS management internal processes and tools.
