Your location
Wunstorf is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and directly on the Steinhuder Meer. Job Summary
The Digital Site Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and user experience of our digital platforms and tools in Wunstorf site. This position involves both technical support and coordination, acting as a key liaison between end-users, IT teams, and external digital service providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for various digital platforms and tools used by employees (e.g., internal portals, collaboration tools, specific departmental applications).
- Coordinate with internal IT departments and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues, escalate problems as needed, and track resolution progress.
- Manage user access, permissions, and profiles for designated digital systems, ensuring compliance with company security policies.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new digital tools and platform updates, providing user training and documentation as required.
- Monitor the performance and stability of digital platforms, identifying potential issues and proposing proactive solutions.
- Gather user feedback and requirements to contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services and tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and FAQs for digital platforms and processes.
- Support the company's digital transformation initiatives by promoting the adoption and effective use of digital solutions.
- Participate in digital project meetings, representing the end-user perspective and ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a technical support, digital coordinator, or similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of various digital platforms and collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in creating clear and concise technical documentation and user guides.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on user satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or similar service management methodologies is a plus.
