We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

- Starting date September 1st 2026 until August 30th.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Challenges and Responsibilities:

• Support HR teams and hiring managers in drafting position descriptions, preparing requisition requests, and researching talent sourcing strategies.
• Help prepare and organize candidate shortlists and screening profiles for senior recruiter review.
• Collaborate on daily talent acquisition activities, including initial resume reviews, scheduling candidate interviews, and conducting preliminary phone screens.
• Assist in posting and updating job vacancies across internal/external portals, university networks, and social media platforms.
• Help promote Airbus employee referral programs and internal mobility opportunities through internal communications.
• Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), data entry, and the preparation of basic recruitment administrative reports.
• Assist with responding to routine internal and external applicant inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with recruiters to follow up with hiring managers and gather feedback on candidate pipelines.
• Support recruitment activities or special initiatives that may occasionally require flexibility outside standard business hours.

Employment Marketing:

• • Support the execution and tracking of employment marketing initiatives by monitoring task timelines, logistics, and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate on maintaining positive relationships with key external partners, including university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Help with the logistical implementation of employer branding programs, student engagement initiatives, and educational workshops.
  • Assist in identifying employment marketing resource needs
