Associate Systems Engineer - SAP WM / EWM

Job Description:

As a SAP WM and eWM specialist, the candidate should have good functional knowledge in standard SAP Logistics modules along with integration with other SAP modules.

He/She should have good Support and Business Analyst experience in SAP WM and eWM. Good Working Experience on Transfer Order, Posting Change and Inventory in WM.

Good to Know SAP WM-PP Integration, Inventory management.

He/she should have configured warehouses, Storage Type, Storage sections and set up POSC.

He/She should have worked in Inbound, Outbound and Internal processes in areas of eWM.

Good working knowledge of Warehouse Order, Warehouse Task, Wave, POSC, PPF, RF, Queues, Replenishment and Quality Inspection in eWM.

He/she should have strong experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, application support, incident resolution and cutover activities.

In the Application Services department, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus and strong communication skills.

As the concerned domain is providing Application Services to Aircraft Manufacturing and production he/she should understand the business criticality and priority.

The successful candidate will be joining the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning PSL Team based out of India and working in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 2 - 4 years of experience in SAP WM / eWM.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Application Support responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and customer facing experience (worked with European / international customers).
• EWM - PP, EWM - SD, EWM - QM Integration Experience.
• ABAP Debugging Skills would be Preferred.
• S/4 HANA Implementation experience would be an added advantage.
• Skills in supply chain and manufacturing processes in an industrial context.
• ITIL / Agile Methodology experience.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class level of service to Airbus internal customers
• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus Logistics application portfolio
• Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement in Application Support
• Identify and propose service improvement and business process optimization
• Act as Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and data management.
• Provide expertise support to the full chain of support in ERP CoE Logistics and Planning PSL
• Communicate effectively on specific technical and functional topics dependencies with stakeholders
