Job Description

As a Field Marketing Manager for North America, this role is critical in aligning regional marketing initiatives with the goals of the sales organization. You’ll be the key marketing partner for the regional sales team, developing and executing marketing programs that build pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive revenue.

You will be responsible for understanding the regional sales strategy, identifying opportunities to support pipeline growth, and managing marketing performance with clear attribution and influence on sales outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategic planning and hands-on execution.

What you'll be doing

Sales alignment and regional strategy:

- Act as the marketing business partner to the regional sales team; attend sales meetings, understand territory plans, and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to prioritize marketing programs based on pipeline goals, target accounts, and deal stages, including identifying opportunities for marketing to help accelerate late-stage deals and reduce sales cycles.
- Provide insight into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity that inform regional campaigns.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with account executives and business development executives to assess the impact of marketing touchpoints on deal velocity. Use data to continuously optimize marketing plans and demonstrate business value to key stakeholders.


Marketing planning and execution:

Marketing management:
- Actively contribute to regular regional marketing planning in conjunction with your team, to bring your expertise to activity/project budgeting
- Activate and oversee all campaigns whilst closely collaborating with all other teams/suppliers for successful outcomes which will heavily focus on integrated multi-channel campaigns and regional events
- Plan, manage and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs, incorporating events, organic and paid media, ABM (account-based marketing), email marketing, and digital marketing programs.
- Work with wider team for messaging/communications around events, ensuring cohesion and consistency as needed - aligned to our goals and target audiences
- Work with suppliers, partners to coordinate and oversee end-to-end details of events including event communications, logistics such as venue selection and contracts, budgeting, booth design, and on-site execution.
- Align to and collect key metrics for the region to understand the impact being created, with regular stakeholder reporting and optimization.
- Support enablement with sales and ensure the team is enabled across all related marketing campaign outreach and qualified lead follow-ups.

Localisation:
- Implement and localize SEO strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation in the region; ensure content is optimized for local search behaviour and aligned with global SEO guidelines
- Manage regional website updates, including deploying new features and functionality within the CMS, localizing and optimizing content, and providing feedback, contributions and insights to Adaptavist’s global website roadmap

Partner marketing - regional:
- Be our partners’ main operational point of contact for marketing in the region, where needed; develop and articulate communication strategy for Adaptavist and partner integrated efforts; manage partner marketing communications (eg. announcements, company updates, etc)
- Build and execute collaborative marketing and regional GTM plans with partners along with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. This includes but not limited to joint communication proposition (eg. announcements, company updates, etc), content development (e.g. blogs, case studies), and partner-related offline/online events


Measurement, outcomes focus:

- Measures and reports on the impact of the marketing initiatives, recommending revised activities to improve ongoing results to continuously optimize marketing strategies
- Support enablement of regional business development and sales development - to maximize the outcomes of campaigns and activities.

Team Contribution:
- Influence and foster strong networks with your business partners by presenting your work in meetings across the business.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives across Adaptavist and the Group to support the wider development and growth of the Group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- B2B field marketing experience, preferably in Tech industry, across a broad range of multi-channel, integrated marketing activities with a particular focus on events execution
- Exceptionally good at understanding the needs and expectations of a diverse set of customers and stakeholders
- Confident and self-assured communicator. Experience of managing agencies, suppliers, contractors and direct reports and also able to influence widely to build relationships
- Data-led, a strong handle of marketing metrics and a high level of understanding web analytics/tracking/reporting. ensuring all marketing is highly measurable and contributes towards our B2B KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - experience of leading and managing multiple complex projects with attention to detail but also an ability to think innovatively and creatively
- Proven track record of understanding how to build and deploy campaigns to achieve the desired outcomes; on time and on budget and with the right quality
- Strong knowledge of regional demand generation strategies and tactics, including account segmentation, content localization and content personalization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel, as needed, to support key initiatives
