We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Deep technical expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI integration.

• Hands-on experience with SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine (for Retrieval-Augmented Generation, RAG).

• Proven ability to embed AI and advanced analytics into SAP business processes, leveraging SAP’s Business AI suite and integrating external LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

• Proficiency in SAP BTP application development using CAP (NodeJS/Java) and/or RAP (ABAP), with experience in SAPUI5/Fiori and SAP Build for low-code/no-code AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, and event-driven architectures (Event Mesh).

• Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions in hybrid cloud environments.

• Familiarity with data science and AI programming languages (Python preferred), and the ability to operationalize AI models within SAP landscapes.

• Ability to collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into intelligent, value-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven SAP transformation projects and supporting large-scale digital initiatives.

• Experience integrating external AI platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI) into SAP BTP.

• Strong capability in solution architecture, technical design workshops, and strategic advisory for clients and stakeholders.

• Track record of mentoring and developing talent, and contributing to the SAP community through knowledge sharing, asset development, or thought leadership.

• Passion for staying current with SAP’s evolving AI and BTP roadmap, and driving innovation within the organization.
