  • Act as a key client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage commercial risk, change control, and contractual obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and robust governance.
  • Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery and commercial management.
  • Drive a collaborative and high-performance culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support wider business growth initiatives and contribute to key account management activities across the UK and EMEA.

We Are Looking for Experience in the Following Skills:

  • Significant experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams within complex project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, claims, and change control processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and practical project delivery experience.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Set Yourself Apart

  • Experience working within hyperscale data centre or mission-critical environments.
  • Membership of a recognised professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and a genuine commitment to team success.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.

Work Arrangement
