To do this, we need experienced, capable consultants and practitioners who can both deploy their own mastery to get things done hands-on and successfully lead others in doing so. The nature of our work varies from client to client so there will be lots of opportunities to experience new domains and new stacks.
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts (BAs) to join our vibrant Product practice, based at our Leeds offices on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a BA you will:
- Be proficient in business analysis activities to ensure your team has all the information they need to keep things moving
- Work independently and proactively in a challenging environment within multi-vendor set up
- Use your influencing skills to bring people together to work through complex tasks and reach the right outcomes
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team and contributing to/leading sessions while engaging/managing difficult stakeholders to achieve results
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
- Usage of tools across business/technology project disciplines, including a working knowledge of Design/Build/Test and Implementation phases of the project lifecycle
- A proven track record in business analysis with different methodologies
- Demonstrable experience of business change methodologies and processes - including Business Driven Development
- Proven capability in End-to-end requirement management including gathering and documenting complex requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, Business Requirements Document, FRD, Requirement Traceability Matrix, requirements verification and validation
- User profiling and journey mapping – Proficient in creating detailed process maps using industry standard techniques and produce As Is-To Be analysis, Gap Analysis
- Engagement and collaboration with Solution Designers and Developers to confirm and ensure requirements map to a technical solution design.
- Use analysis skills to be able to present business with multiple solution options and document the same via Options Papers
- Strong capability in complex business impact assessment & analysis across multiple Business streams with the ability to articulate impact for change on various aspects of business including potential customer harm, colleague impact, financial impact, technology impact, process changes etc.
- Experience in analysing data to facilitate informed decision making
- Defining strategy, approach and execution of Business Verification, First Occurrence and Live Proving
- Lead/participate in lessons learned sessions and improving the BA processes
Set yourself apart:
- Experience in defining Analysis Approach and Business Analysis plans will be useful
- Experience in prototyping and wireframes creation
- Experience in defining pilot strategy, approach and roll out to a closed user group
- Experience in Business Readiness including defining approach, Communication and Training Strategy, Planning & Execution, support model creation, definition and amendment of Policy and procedure documents, letters and other customer communications updates, User Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Target Operating Model definition and amendment
- Experience in leading or supporting Working Group and Steering Groups meetings, supporting Programme/Project Managers with RAIDS management, implementation strategy and playbook
- Experience in working in Agile ways of working, defining high quality user stories and acceptance criteria in time critical projects.
- Demonstrate ability of managing stakeholders at different levels and ability to handle conflicts.
