​Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - University Relations to drive and strengthen strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and premium academic institutions like UoC, Imperial, ETH Zurich across UK and Europe. This leadership role will focus on building long-term institutional relationships, enhancing campus engagement strategies, and enabling talent and learning collaborations that support organizational growth in the AI economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national university relations strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with universities, colleges, faculty members, placement cells, and academic leadership.

  • Lead engagement programs across campuses, including partnerships, events, internships, and hiring initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key academic institutions and manage long-term strategic alliances.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (talent acquisition, business, marketing, and learning teams) to design impactful university engagement programs.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives across campuses, education fairs, and academic forums.

  • Identify and build new institutional partnerships to expand reach across the UK/Europe’s higher education ecosystem.

  • Leverage data and insights to track engagement effectiveness and improve outreach strategies.

  • Represent the organization at university events, conclaves, and academic conferences to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Ensure consistent execution of campus engagement programs across regions through regional coordination teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in university relations, campus engagement, or talent acquisition with strong exposure to higher education institutions.

  • Prior experience in EdTech, talent development, or enterprise learning organizations is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the UK/Europe higher education ecosystem and university structures.

  • Proven ability to build and manage large-scale institutional relationships.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and data-driven engagement tracking.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK/Europe.
