Your mission
As the Senior People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a thriving organizational culture. As we are a growing organization, this role requires someone that is truly happy to span across multiple different topics within the people team.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work across core people functions, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Talent Development and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Your impact
- People Operations: Working with other team members to ensure Oversee seamless HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding; Contributing to the Implementation and maintenance of people policies, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and best practices; Leveraging data to provide insights and drive decision-making on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Talent Management: Collaborating with the VP People and Hiring Managers to look at skill gaps in the organization to meet business objectives; Partnering on workforce planning to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Learning and Development: Building and leading impactful L&D programs to support employee growth, from technical up-skilling to leadership development; Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and mentorship initiatives to promote continuous learning; Developing and tracking metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D efforts and align them with business goals.
- Talent Development: Implementing improved performance management processes, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and aligned with our culture; Working closely with managers and employees to create personalized career development plans; Championing succession planning and internal mobility to unlock employee potential and meet future business needs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Fostering a culture of feedback, collaboration, and inclusivity by supporting designing programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction; Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that create a welcoming and equitable workplace, whilst also making sure fairness and equity are built into all of our process, policies and procedures.
Your profile
- 5+ years of proven experience in a People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally in a high-energy, tech-driven environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, learning and development, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, with a global perspective.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.
- Passion for fostering inclusive and innovative cultures where people can do their best work.
