About the Role

As the Director of Product at deepset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI business! You will lead a cross-functional team, define product strategy, and drive the development of innovative solutions that empower businesses to build mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with deepset's overall vision.

  • Product Vision: Clearly articulate the product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, including customers, engineers, business teams, and the broader market.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Product GTM & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals. Ensure cross-functional GTM execution and launch planning.

  • Commercial Strategy: Work on pricing & packaging, as well as revenue growth.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.

  • Customer Focus: Translate customer feedback into feature requirements and specifications.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, drive adoption, and measure success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Product or similar role in a technology company.

  • Deep understanding of GenAI and its applications.

  • Strong technical background, including experience with machine learning and AI.

  • Excellent track record building compelling B2B Products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems.
