What we did together

We worked with Boomi to turn awareness into something targeted, data-led, and effective.

First, we ensured their employer brand was being discovered by millions of relevant candidates through Flexa's discovery platform. Then, using Flexa's talent demand data, Boomi was able to understand what their key audiences — particularly GTM and Engineering talent — are actively looking for, and tailor their messaging accordingly.

This included:

  • Embedding key EVP pillars like "market-leading product" (rated 91% by employees) into their positioning
  • Highlighting benefits that over-index with their target audiences — including work-from-anywhere schemes, strong office environments, and family-friendly policies
  • Using real, employee-verified data to build credibility and trust

Crucially, this wasn't about rewriting their employer brand. It was about making what was already true visible and relevant at the exact moment candidates are deciding where to explore next.

Over three years, this has evolved from a test into a core part of how Boomi attracts and shapes its global talent pipeline.
