About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Capital professional to support vendor query operations within the FSSC Working Capital function. This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of vendor queries, SLA and KPI management, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Based in Ahmedabad with hybrid working, the role requires solid Procure-to-Pay knowledge, SAP proficiency, and a customer-centric approach to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery aligned to Vodafone policies and controls.
What you’ll do
Take accountability for daily pipeline work allocation and monitoring.Track, measure, and deliver SLAs and KPIs in line with business targets.Ensure all vendor queries and requests raised through multiple channels are actioned within agreed timelines.Deliver outcomes aligned to evolving business dynamics and operational priorities.Adhere to CBM policies, controls, and compliance requirements.Apply strong knowledge of Vodafone Procure-to-Pay ways of working.Perform and support SAP transactions related to purchase orders, invoices, payments, vendor accounts, and master data.Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders across functions.Support continuous improvement initiatives across Group Common Functions.Contribute towards achieving and exceeding annual objectives.
Who you are
An accounting or finance professional with 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Working Capital operations.Knowledgeable in month-end close accounting processes.Experienced in partner and vendor management with a service-oriented mindset.Comfortable applying judgement in operational scenarios while following defined processes.Proficient in SAP (Accounts Payable) and confident working with financial data.Skilled in MS Excel and MS Office applications.An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills in English; German language capability is desirable.Demonstrates inclusive, customer-focused behaviour and the right attitude to work in a collaborative environment.
