About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join HR COE Services VOIS India in Pune. This role focuses on providing HR advisory support and operational HR services to global business functions, working closely with onshore HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will help deliver people processes, HR projects, data-driven insights, reporting, budget management, process excellence initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities through a robust shared services delivery model while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and service level commitments.

What you’ll do

  • Support HR colleagues, primarily HRBPs, across different countries and business units in delivering hire-to-retire processes, reports, dashboards, data quality activities, and HR projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business functions, providing guidance and executing HR activities in line with global and local HR procedures.
  • Resolve complex employee queries by collaborating with appropriate stakeholders within and outside HR when required
  • Drive participation, tracking, and completion of cyclical and ad hoc HR activities and projects, including employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, annual budgeting activities, and reward programmes.
  • Prepare and present business review presentations to internal and international stakeholders.
  • Maintain monthly and rolling HR budgets, analyse variances, and provide insights to HRBPs across multiple geographies.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, dashboards, and analytical insights on HR metrics from an HRBP perspective.
  • Monitor and improve organisational and employee data quality through regular audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Partner with HRBPs to identify process improvements, enhance data quality, and provide KPI trend analysis.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that improve employee experience, increase process efficiency, and simplify HR operations.
  • Support the transition of new services into the shared services model and ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories and process documentation.Manage case volumes, triage requests, and monitor service delivery performance.
  • Resolve escalations effectively and identify preventive measures to minimise recurrence.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Embed privacy-by-design principles and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements in all activities

Who you are

  • Strong HR domain expertise with a genuine interest in understanding business structures and operations across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to prioritise competing requirements and respond empathetically to stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to think from an HRBP perspective while operating within a global shared services environment.
  • Passion for continuously improving employee experience, service quality, and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of HR data, organisational data, confidentiality requirements, and data governance principles.
  • Flexibility to align with global stakeholder requirements and work within a hybrid working environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
