About Explore Program:

Explore program is a month-long internship program for undergraduates or recently graduated (Graduating in 2025) studying any relevant field. It's designed to provide practical experience and enhance understanding of the corporate world.

The program helps under graduates in developing themselves by providing them with the right platform and support to realize their potential.

HR Enabling Functions:

• Property & Safety: Relevant engineering major is required
• Other HR Functions: HR, business, management or any relevant major

This program offers a unique opportunity to shadow on cutting-edge projects, develop technical skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in HR function.

Who can apply?

• Final-Year students or Pre-Final Year students are eligible to apply.
• Relevant majors listed above.
• Age 26 years or below with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow.
