Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

The Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery Framework & Enablement is part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management, Governance & Transformation leadership team responsible for defining, embeding and continuously evolving the enterprise delivery system – frameworks, standards, governance and capabilities – ensuring all projects and programmes are delivered with quality, consistency and control.
This role is pivotal in shaping and continuously evolving the VodafoneThree Delivery Framework, ensuring it meets the needs of both agile and traditional delivery models. The successful candidate will define and govern project and programme management best practices, processes, and templates, while managing capital drawdown in partnership with Finance. They will drive adoption, consistency, and quality through capability uplift programmes and enterprise delivery governance, overseeing enterprise-wide delivery assurance reviews to validate compliance, quality, and value alignment.
• Own and continuously evolve the VodafoneThree Delivery Framework, including methodology, lifecycle and controls that meet the needs of both agile and traditional delivery models.
• Define and govern project & programme management best practices, processes & templates.
• Manage and govern capital drawdown aligned with working capital / cash flow objectives in partnership with Finance.
• Drive adoption, consistency and quality through capability uplift programmes and enterprise delivery governance.
• Oversee enterprise-wide delivery assurance reviews to validate compliance, quality and value alignment.
• Act as the authority for resolving methodology disputes and ensuring all functions operate to the agreed standards.
Who you are
• Extensive experience in enterprise delivery governance and framework design across both Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong governance authority with a track record of embedding enterprise-wide delivery standards.
• Capability-building expertise with measurable improvements in delivery maturity.
• Advanced process optimisation skills and experience in large-scale change environments.
• Strong ability to resolve cross-functional delivery disputes and maintain enterprise alignment.
• Expert knowledge of delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, PMI).Experience in predictive analytics and application of AI in delivery performance tracking.
