Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you’ll do

As an Engineering Lead you will be working in a team of like-minded and highly skilled Network Engineers, the primary focus for this role is delivery of reliable LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions using a wide range of products from data vendors including: Cisco and Vodafone for one of Vodafone’s largest Enterprise and Global customers.

• Pre-Sales: Support solution design, scoping, and pricing to deliver competitive customer proposals.
• Solution Design: Develop, document, and gain approval for network solutions aligned to standards and security requirements.
• Implementation: Deliver network installations to agreed engineering standards, ensuring successful change management, SLA achievement, and budget compliance.
• Service Handover: Complete Acceptance into Live Service (AILS), provide support documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Maintain process documentation and embed best practices following the introduction of new technologies.

Who you are

• Proficient experience designing, configuring and implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, UCS, F5 BIG-IP and Cisco ISE technologies.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
