About the role
Please note you must either hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance) & NPPV 3 Clearance for this role, which will require a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK to be eligible.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels
• Acting as an escalation point for complex issues and coordinating with internal teams and partners
• Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle
• Ensuring adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, and audit requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement, including knowledge management and network lifecycle activities
Essential Skills / Experience
• Customer-focused approach, with a proactive mindset toward service delivery
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and ownership of actions and outcomes
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and functions
• Technical experience in two or more of the following: Cisco networking, network security, wireless technologies, or tools such as Cisco ISE, DNAC, or SolarWinds (CCNA or working towards is beneficial)
• Able to communicate clearly, translating technical information for a range of audiences
• Adaptable and organised, with the ability to build relationships and produce clear technical documentation

Flexible Working
This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
