Job Description

Location: London or Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

What you’ll do

This role sits at the centre of CVB (Consume Value Brands) finance, driving a consolidated view of performance, risks, and opportunities across multiple brands. It combines strong analytical capability with commercial insight, ensuring that senior leadership receive clear, actionable storytelling to support strategic decision-making. The role works closely with Brand Finance and commercial teams, providing both structured reporting ownership and flexible, value-adding support across cost management, performance analysis, and cross-brand value creation.

  • Own CVB consolidated performance insight and storytelling, delivering clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders
  • Lead consolidated financial performance analysis across CVB brands, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage the combined CVB P&L month-end process, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and insightful variance analysis
  • Take end-to-end ownership of CVB Risks & Opportunities (R&O) consolidation, aligning assumptions and outputs across brands
  • Co-ordinate and support CVB month-end processes, partnering with Brand Finance Managers to ensure timely delivery, consistent messaging, and high-quality insight at a total CVB level
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reporting packs and materials for CVB senior leadership
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-brand value creation insight, including unit economics and IBRO
  • Provide flexible, value-add commercial finance support to Brand Finance teams, particularly across cost management and transparency
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to drive OpEx discipline and financial clarity
  • Support strategic decision-making through robust analysis, including business cases, scenario modelling, and post-investment reviews
  • Develop and enhance financial models, reporting processes, and insight generation to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with FP&A and BI teams to evolve reporting capabilities and unlock new insights
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across brand finance teams
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and commercial functions

Who you are

  • A highly analytical finance professional with strong financial modelling capability
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality outputs
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Experienced in business partnering, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • A clear and effective communicator, able to present complex information simply
  • Solid understanding of P&L, financial performance, and accounting principles
  • Advanced user of Excel, with strong PowerPoint skills for impactful presentations
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong influencing skills


This role requires a commercial and analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be expected to engage with and present to senior stakeholders, exercising sound professional judgment and translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
