Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Be part of our Business UK function, a team that are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity. With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations – from small, local businesses to multi-national corporations – unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT).

What you’ll do

You'll play a key role in growing our public sector business by identifying, engaging, and winning new customers. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll use your commercial expertise to uncover opportunities, build compelling business cases, and demonstrate how our technology solutions can help organisations achieve their goals. You'll have the autonomy to shape your sales approach, influence your territory strategy, and make a direct impact on revenue growth.

  • You'll develop and deliver your own sales plan, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets and performance goals.
  • You'll proactively identify and win new customers through a range of business development activities, including networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • You'll manage inbound leads, turning interest into meaningful opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
  • You'll create compelling business cases, ROI proposals, and solution recommendations that address customer challenges and objectives.
  • You'll work closely with specialist product teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • You'll advise customers on the best use of our technology capabilities, confidently presenting a broad portfolio of solutions.
  • You'll lead targeted sector campaigns to attract and acquire high-potential customers within the public sector.
  • You'll contribute ideas and insights that help shape sales strategies, target account plans, and future growth opportunities.
  • You'll maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to support business performance and decision-making.

Who you are

  • You'll have at least 3 years of sales experience within technology, consultancy, or a related commercial environment.
  • You'll bring a strong understanding of technology solutions, such as Cloud, Unified Communications, IT Infrastructure, IoT, and Digital Transformation.
  • You'll be skilled at uncovering customer needs and translating them into strong ROI and business case proposals.
  • You'll be confident presenting and influencing senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders, both in person and virtually.
  • You'll have experience managing opportunities, forecasts, and customer relationships using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • You'll be able to accurately forecast sales performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly periods.
  • You'll demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • You'll be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams to achieve shared goals.
  • You'll have experience building, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value technology deals.
  • You'll be motivated by achieving ambitious goals and creating new business opportunities.
