What you’ll do

As a VBTS Digital Platforms Expert, your main responsibilities;

  • Developing AI projects requested from stakeholders
  • Providing technical support for RPA solutions to be developed to support VF Corporate Customer Operations
  • Developing automation projects via python scripts
  • As a Product Owner of VF Self Service Internal portal, ensuring the operability and the continuity of current developments on the VF Self Service Internal portal, intervening in potential problems.
  • Receiving requests for new developments to be added to the VF Self Service Internal portal and implementing the developments within the specified time.
  • Preparing and presenting operational reports which reside in VF Self Service Internal portal for VF Corporate Services.
  • Consulting with teams regarding potential problems in the reports and ensuring that the reports are corrected.
    Implementing the live transition of newly requested reports regarding VF Corporate Services.
  • Designing and planning the sales portal to be used by Internal Sales and COPS teams and provide support
  • Designing and planning the project management planning page for the project team and provide support
  • Preparing digital solution forms for all products within VBU
  • Adapting the system to new technologies by making infrastructural developments of the TOC page

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems or other relevant departments
  • At least 5 years’ experience in relevant positions, previous team management experience is strongly preferred
  • Agile Product Owner experience is a plus
  • High experience with Python or other scriptings
  • Exceptional SQL, Excel and DAX skills
  • Experience with AI LLM models
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, relational databases, data modeling and ETL procedures
  • Having problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Having a deep understanding of problems and identifies opportunities for areas of improvement.
