Role Profile

1. Developing enterprise and consumer products & services on Messaging and VAS channels.
2. Working in an Agile environment to insure proper delivery.
3. Managing and planning technical projects like upgrades, swaps, and integrations.
4. Building and developing new tools to support our day-to-day work and to adapt to the changes in the environment.
5. Acting as a third line of support.
6. Vendor Management.
