Location: Newbury or Stoke + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Technology Project Specialist to join our Technology Delivery team. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and possess a curious mindset for end-to-end project delivery utilizing lean program governance. You should also have a strong passion for understanding modern engineering technologies and practices.

  • You will collaborate and foster constructive working relationships within the UK Technology team to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • You will develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Having brought together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams (sprint, scrum, test, integrate, release, and more).
  • You will monitor RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and develop mitigating plans.
  • You will ensure seamless interactions among project team members and stakeholders. This includes preparing regular project status reports that provide updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • You will also facilitate project meetings, documenting important discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • You will be governing our use of Azure DevOps for your project or programme, providing effective and consistent usage, including dashboards, plans & roadmaps.

Who you are

  • You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering cross functional and end to end project delivery.
  • You will have experience with managing allocated capex and opex budgets.
  • You will be able to showcase an understanding of application and software development lifecycle.
  • You will preferably have relevant experience or a professional qualification in Prince 2 / SAFe / APMG or other relevant qualifications.
