We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

About this Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to support the delivery of projects that impact Vodafone’s IT and telecommunications systems for external clients across European markets. The role ensures that project goals, timelines, and performance indicators align with customer expectations, while contributing to the successful implementation of solutions across multiple technology domains such as mobile and fixed access networks, core network platforms, service platforms, transmission networks, operational support systems, and virtualised infrastructure

What you will do

  • Support the delivery and coordination of projects that impact IT and network systems for external European clients.
  • Contribute across all project stages, including feasibility analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and implementation of hardware and software components.
  • Assist in defining project plans in collaboration with all key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building resource plans and ensure that project staffing needs are consistently met to safeguard deliverables.
  • Support clear communication across project teams and maintain alignment with internal and external decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to risk and impact assessments for project changes, ensuring customer requirements for timelines and performance metrics are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Team Leader.

Who you are

• Foundational knowledge of project and process management.
• General familiarity with technologies used in telecommunications and information technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within virtual teams and engage with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B1 level) and Romanian.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data organisation, analysis and reporting).
• Ability to use Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools to interpret and present project information in a clear, insightful manner.
