About this Role

We are seeking a junior Technical Project Coordination Trainee to support the strategic definition and implementation of resilient, scalable, and secure digital, cloud, and integration platforms. This role will provide technical leadership across multiple teams and technologies, ensuring alignment with global standards and enabling cloud-native benefits for both new and existing workloads. The individual will act as a trusted advisor across the organisation, driving innovation and consistency in platform architecture.

What you will do

  • Align platform modernisation initiatives with the broader Digital, Cloud, and Integration strategy and global technology standards.
  • Develop effective and innovative platform components, ensuring consistency across similar vendor technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for end-to-end architecture across digital, cloud, and integration domains, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and future providers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create a library of deployable design patterns, blueprints, and templates tailored to the Vodafone application portfolio.
  • Advocate for strategic architecture vision across internal and external platforms, tools, and systems, facilitating and assuring technical decisions.

Who you are

  • A strategic thinker with proven experience in digital, cloud, and integration architecture.
  • Skilled in coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficient in English with advanced writing capabilities for professional documentation and communication.
  • Experienced in software, hardware, and network technologies including Cisco, GSM, HSPA, LTE, CCNA, Network CS and PS.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and strong analytical skills.
