About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support Supply Chain Management operations within the Vantage SCM function. This role focuses on managing supplier onboarding (SOB) processes, driving efficient service delivery, and ensuring smooth execution of business-as-usual (BAU) activities through effective stakeholder engagement and strong SAP sourcing expertise.

What you’ll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Supplier Onboarding (SOB), ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and quality standardsHandle stakeholder queries and resolve process-related issues efficientlyMonitor system usage and ensure compliance with SCM processes across teamsPrepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-makingEscalate system issues, functional queries, and change requests in line with defined processesBuild effective relationships with internal teams, local markets, and suppliers to enable seamless service deliverySupport continuous improvement of KPIs and overall process performancePromote alignment with health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives within SCM operations

Who you are

Experienced in SAP sourcing processes with strong understanding of supply chain operationsSkilled in stakeholder and supplier relationship managementComfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting quickly to changeStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering resultsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across distributed teamsProficient in MS Office tools with attention to detail in reporting and data analysisHolds an LLB, MCom, or MBA qualification (essential)
