About this Role

We are seeking a Source to Contract Process Excellence Lead to act as a VOIS resource embedded within the Global Process Owner (GPO) organisation for Supply Chain Management. This role focuses on delivering the strategic process excellence roadmap across Source to Contract, driving effectiveness, efficiency, governance, and digitisation at a global scale.
The role serves as a key interface between VPC and VOIS, working closely with Global Process Leads and senior stakeholders to shape future-ready processes, resolve complex operational and technical challenges, and translate strategic objectives into executable, value-driven initiatives.

What you’ll do

Lead and develop a Process Excellence team of 5+ subject matter experts, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.Partner with VPC to design, map, and evolve global end-to-end Source to Contract processes, ensuring appropriate governance and controls.Translate stakeholder needs into structured project plans and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness across shared services delivery and local market enablers.Assess and improve data quality, contributing to future data strategy and informed decision-making.Provide consultative support for initiative prioritisation and business transformation programmes.Lead functional systems analysis, design, documentation, integration, training, and implementation across platforms such as SAP, AVA, and Contract Watch.Identify and mitigate risks through root-cause analysis, robust reporting frameworks, and issue resolution.Deliver process redesign, automation initiatives, operating model changes, and methodology rollouts to reduce waste and improve outcomes.Manage improvement projects within agreed budgets, identifying opportunities for savings and measurable benefits.Lead testing, deployment, and cutover activities, ensuring system readiness and adoption.Enable effective system utilisation through training and support for suppliers, customers, local markets, and internal teams.

Who you are

You bring broad, end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes with strong attention to detail.You have proven experience delivering global process improvement and transformation initiatives with tangible people and business impact.You are skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders and gaining buy-in at senior levels.You demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management, supported by clear and confident communication.You have experience managing complex projects end to end, coaching teams through implementation and change.You actively promote continuous improvement and innovation, applying industry-recognised methods, tools, and data-led approaches.
