Job Description

Role Purpose

To manage and administer Citrix environments, ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Citrix Administration (XenApp & XenDesktop, multiple sites/farms)
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, GPO, Citrix policies
  • Troubleshooting Citrix issues and providing solutions
  • Hands-on experience with PVS and MCS technology
  • Creating MCS catalog, Delivery Group, Image creation
  • Citrix Infra/published app installation and configuration

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications

Experience with NetScaler, StoreFront, Web InterfaceGood knowledge of Hypervisor, Active Directory, Windows Server 2K12/2K16Basic knowledge of Network, Storage, Azure Cloud (IaaS), NutanixCitrix Patch Management and policies configurationKnowledge of ITILGood communication skillsFlexible approach to working The role is primarily operational with limited strategic and risk management responsibilities.Success in this role depends on technical expertise, problem-solving, and effective communication.
