Role Purpose

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions that drive tangible business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable models.

Job Profile

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models across a range of domains including classical ML, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and process large-scale datasets using tools such as SQL, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Build clear and compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, promoting best practices in model development and deployment.

Competencies and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in data science and applied machine learning.
• Strong expertise in data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and production-level ML deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
