Role Purpose:

To coordinate, analyze, and support the end-to-end technical implementation of new products, services, enhancements, and Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns by translating approved business requirements into successful system deployments, testing activities, and production releases across the organization's technology platforms and telecommunications ecosystem.
The role serves as the primary interface between Business and Technology teams to ensure that approved initiatives are technically assessed, properly tested, successfully deployed, and aligned with governance and operational standards.

Key accountabilities:

Product & Service Delivery Management
• Lead the end-of-end delivery of products, services, tariffs, bundles, campaigns, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, timelines, and quality objectives.

Technical Assessment, Testing & Release Management
• Conduct Technical Impact Assessments (TIA), coordinate solution evaluations, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release activities to ensure successful implementation, service readiness, and operational stability.

Stakeholder Management, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, maintain project governance and documentation, provide delivery reporting, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications product development, business analysis, system integration, or technology delivery.
• Strong knowledge of telecom products, billing & charging systems, digital platforms, and project delivery.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or ITIL are an added advantage.
