Specialist Foundation

Job Description

As a Specialist Foundation, your main mission will be to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate the Foundation programmes and initiatives. This implies an integral management, including the relationship with suppliers and institutional stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for identifying new trends, opportunities (regulatory, economic…) or new lines of collaboration with both, public and private, organizations.
The team works in a multidisciplinary way with the communication, legal, financial and Group Foundation areas to amplify the impact, reaching the largest possible number of beneficiaries and maximizing the awareness of the Foundation’s activity.


For the role of Specialist Foundation we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

  • Management of the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
  • Coordinating suppliers, engage with peers and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of functionality and quality in programs/projects/initiatives.
  • Find new ways to engage stakeholders (mainly public institutions) in order to increase the number of beneficiaries and alliances.
  • Build an evaluation protocol of the programs (including tools) aligned with Group requirements.
  • Prepare regular status reports to be distributed internally and externally, when necessary.

  • Degree in Law, Political science, Economics, Engineering
  • Passion for education and innovation
  • External perspective, i.e. anticipate market changes and recommend solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change
  • Decision-making and conflict management
  • Good analytical mindset, to base proposals on solid data evidences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and build roadmaps
  • Advanced level of English
