Your day to Day

You will executes the test of different systems in the OSS fulfilment domain. The respective systems cover all access technologies and all customer segments in different European markets in the scope of the Network Strategy & Engineering vertical.

The role executes test scenarios, test cases and the maintains respective testing tool suite. All activities are in alignment with the respective OSS fulfilment engineering team.

The role owner also creates and maintains the test automation scripts, scenarios and the respective test automation environment. The role contributes to the lifecycle management of the test tools within the team which includes update/upgrade mgmt., fulfilment of security requirements and capacity management.

•You will contribute to plan and execute test scenarios and test cases for the OSS Fulfilment systems

•You will implement test automation tools and scripts to speed up regression testing and improve the overall test coverage

•You will analyse the business requirements and derive test cases for the different systems in OSS fulfilment

•You will contribute to a 3-year strategic roadmap for the testing and test automation in responsibility and define & execute the respective projects, driving harmonisation and consolidation.

•Software testing skills in terms of methodology and execution

•Ability to assess Software technologies and implementation with their specific weaknesses.

•Sensitive to cost and performance orientation

•Good technical skills to create maintainable test scenarios and test cases

•Ability to work across functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and to drive change

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•Experience in a Software Quality assurance / testing role

•More than 3 years professional experience in Telecommunications or IT engineering. Multi-cultural / multinational experience desirable.

•Good knowledge in methods of IT- & Software Testing, Project & Lifecycle Management and IT Standards e.g. ITIL, ETOM etc.

•Fluency in English, both verbally and written
