The position covers large‑scale Agile Tooling platforms, including cloud‑based solutions, standardized SDLC process architecture, and sandbox environments supporting onboarding and risk reduction. The Solution Owner provides architectural input and support for privacy, security, and data protection assessments, ensuring compliant‑by‑design solutions and integrated end‑to‑end visibility.

  • Collaborate with the Process Manager to map and design business processes in the strategic BPM tool, translating capabilities and value streams into standardized process flows aligned with the SDLC Process Framework.
  • Ensure accountability for process configuration in PPM and Agile tools by overseeing correct implementation of approved process flows in line with the SDLC Process Framework and Process Governance.
  • Accountable for defining process performance KPIs (including DORA metrics) and ensuring dashboards and reports are in place across enterprise tools to support performance measurement in PPM and SDLC domains.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Solution Owner, Product Owner, Platform Owner, or Solution Architect roles, covering Agile Tooling, AI‑enabled SDLC capabilities, and PPM platforms for portfolio management, backlog management and team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of governance practices, architectural standards and operating under enterprise design authority frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile Tooling and SDLC concepts, including tool integration, dependency management across the delivery toolchain, lifecycle management, data consistency, and reporting.
  • Capable of translating business needs into actionable road maps, prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes.
