What you’ll do
• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering and other related departments.
•Analyze and prioritize technology/business environment & requirements for the assigned projects.
•Refine and review business requirements, influencing them to ensure the most effective use of IT resources during scoping, defining and designing end-to-end solutions .
•Leads and contributes solutions creation and handshake solutions with stakeholders.
•Provide cost/effort estimates to solution.
•Preparing scoping&technical solution design documents .
•Asseses the risks of projects.
•Support user acceptance testing.
•Contribute to the coordination of third parties, such as vendors, outsourced partners, or parent companies, to ensure the delivery of solutions. across domains and technologies remains aligned.
•Ensure all products, services, solutions design and developed in line with Group and TR IT’s target architecture and strategy.
•Ensure product/service documentation is complete and up-to-dateFollow new technologies, features and standard bodies with their usability, compatibility and interoperability matters in line with company strategies.
•Lead and manage feasibility and technical design to deliver companywide technical solution with effective management of processes and in line with agreed budgets.
•The Product Owner represents the stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular purpose.
•Defines the product vision and coordinates with other Department Leads, Tribes Leads and Product Owners.
•Focuses the team on delivering business value in regular increments.
•Develops the scope of the MVP, taking into account the constraints and the life cycle of the client.
•Uses data to develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap.
•Contributes to the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks.
•Prioritizes initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously refines the backlog to keep it up to date.
•Participates in the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements.
•Approves the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the product.
•Defines the skills and capabilities required for the proper operation of squads together with the Department Lead, Tribe Lead and the Chapter Leads.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering and other related departments.
• 8+ years of experience in software analysis,design,development or engineering.
• Broad knowledge of software technologies and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, TDD /BDD, disciplined agile delivery and lean development.
• High level knowledge of cloud technologies , micro service architecture and AI technologies.
• Experience with unit testing tool .
• Experience in designing and integrating solutions using Camunda BPM, PostreSQL, SQL/PL SQL NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Customer-focused, dependable solution-oriented, team-oriented.
• Ability to apply a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Result-oriented, highly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
• Familiarty with working in an international environment.

• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Very good level of English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on expertise with Fixed Broad Band Services and Products .
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to design and optimize in-house platforms.
• Experience with performance monitoring in high-traffic environments.
• Possession of Product Owner-related certifications such as PSPO is preferred.
