Your day to day

As a Solution Designer at VOIS, you will be responsible for project management, demand management, and project budget responsibility. You will operate from within the agile team, managing project-related coordination with departments outside of the team area. Your role involves supporting the Product Owner (PO) in daily work, understanding business needs, and translating them into technical requirements. You will work closely with the agile team to create new products and set the groundwork for software configuration experts. Additionally, you will have a strategic view on products to support the PO and continuously inspect and adapt team development.

  • Project Management: Oversee processes, timing, and quality, propose and drive process optimizations
  • Demand Management: Advise on smaller projects, ideas, and opportunities.
  • Business Analysis: Understand stakeholder needs and provide technical business analysis; engage with various teams including marketing, operations and external vendors.
  • Technical Consultancy: Offer technical insights and counsel stakeholders on their questions and ideas.
  • Requirement Documentation: Write down detailed requirements, translate business needs, and document them in user stories or briefing sheets; gather feedback before and after implementation to contribute to the product evolution
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the agile team on creating new products and setting the groundwork for configuration managers.
  • Product Owner support: Act as a sparring partner to the PO and assist with team development.
  • Project Maintenance: Maintain projects and backlogs as necessary; use analytics tools to understand the product performance
  • Testing: Be responsible for user acceptance testing and functional user testing

With these skills you are a great candidate

  • Previous experience as Business Analyst, Process/Solution/Sechnical Designer, Integration/Configuration Expert for CRM, ERP, marketing, or e-commerce systems.
  • Experience in enabling and empowering agile teams to deliver their committed work.
  • Advanced experience in both agile & waterfall working modes.
  • Ability to collect and synthetize complex requirements into clear user stories and actions, while collaborating with the Product Owners and the multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, familiarity with structured and agile process development methods and tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and constantly improve performance.
  • Organized, structured, transparent, and focused on priorities.
  • Fluent in English
