Job Description

Your day to day:

As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all aspects of the solution are integrated and meet the desired business outcomes. A broad understanding of various technologies and a deep appreciation for how these technologies can be used to solve complex business challenges is needed.

  • Develop high-level solution architectures that integrate software, hardware, and network components to address business requirements.
  • Work with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure that the solutions designed are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Design and oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring they work together seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and enterprise architects, to ensure that the solution meets both technical and business requirements.
  • Produce high-level design documents that provide a roadmap for implementation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration points.
  • Identify potential risks associated with the solution design and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure that all solutions adhere to relevant industry regulations, security standards, and internal policies

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role, focusing on designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of various technology domains including cloud computing, networking, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and recommending technology stacks and platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
  • Experience in telecom sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
